A blend of Tempranillo and Syrah, Juan Gil Rosado is produced from dry-farmed vines planted at an altitude over 700 metres above sea level, in the northern area of the DO Jumilla.
This blended rosé Spanish wine of bodega Juan Gil was vinified in egg-shaped concrete diposits under controlled temperature. After being fermented, Juan Gil Rosado 2020 was aged in French oak barrels for 4 months.
The oak aging adds to this young rosé wine a nice touch of complexity and roundness.
