One of the latest products created by the respected Juvé y Camps winery, Juvé y Camps Néctar Blanc Reserva is crafted along the lines of the great Champagnes.
Aged in the bottle for 24 months, after its disgorgement Juvé y Camps Néctar Blanc Reserva was added 50 grams of sugar per litre in order to produce a sweet Spanish sparkling wine.
The result is an irresistible sweet Cava. Excellent with a chocolate cake!
The cava Juvé y Camps Néctar Blanc Reserva has a clean, bright, straw yellow colour with golden tinges.
This blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada suggests aromas of ripe peach, medlar and apricot, along with remembrances of flowers, baked apples, orange rind and sugar-coated fruit.
Pleasant and savoury, this sweet cava of the Juvé y Camps winery is pleasant and savoury, with a good acidity that refreshes the palate and balances the sweet element. Creamy notes of honey, almonds and ripe white fruit. Delightful, little bubbles and delicious finish.
