One of the latest products created by the respected Juvé y Camps winery, Juvé y Camps Néctar Blanc Reserva is crafted along the lines of the great Champagnes.
Belonging to the DO Cava, this sweet sparkling wine is made from a traditional blend of Macabeo (47%), Xarel·lo (21%), Parellada (32%).
Aged in the bottle for 24 months, after its disgorgement Juvé y Camps Néctar Blanc Reserva was added 50 grams of sugar per litre in order to produce a sweet Spanish sparkling wine.
The result is an irresistible sweet Cava. Excellent with a chocolate cake!

Palate | Pleasant and savoury, this sweet cava of the Juvé y Camps winery is pleasant and savoury, with a good acidity that refreshes the palate and balances the sweet element. Creamy notes of honey, almonds and ripe white fruit. Delightful, little bubbles and delicious finish. |
