La Novia Ideal 2017
The grapes were partially fermented until alcohol level reached 6 degrees. Then alcoholic fermentation was cold-stopped, after which it was resumed until alcohol content reached 9-10%.
Then fermentation was cold-stopped again. As a consequence, part of the carbonic acid gas originated as a byproduct of alcoholic fermentation was kept in the bottle, thus making this rosé a naturally fizzy wine.
Moreover, the grape sugars that were not fermented also remained in the bottle, giving the wine it a deliciously sweet touch.
We suggest that you serve La Novia Ideal 2017 chilled.
The wine La Novia Ideal has a clean, bright salmon colour.
This cheerful rosé wine made from Bobal is suggestive, with aromas of fresh red fruit, nuanced by notes of herbs, citrus and flowers.
This demi-sweet rosé wine by DSG Vineyards and Bruno Murciano is savoury and creamy, but not in the least oversweet. Extremely pleasant, with delicate bubbles and notes of strawberries, citrus and aromatic herbs. Yummy finish.
