Product Description

La Tribu 2016 is a Mediterranean Spanish red wine from Valencia.

It is made from a blend of 34% Garnacha Tintorera (Alicante Bouschet), 33% Syrah and 33% Monastrell coming from young vines.

Produced by El Angosto winery, the grapes were traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks.

After that, it was aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.

Drink until 2019.

La Tribu has a bright crimson colour with a bluish rim.



This red wine from Valencia is very fresh, with some fragrant notes of flowers, red fruit and some subtle spicy remembrances, underpinned by remembrances of laurel, toast and menthol.



This red wine by Bodega El Angosto aged for 4 months in oak is smooth and pleasant, with a refreshing acidity and some crunchy tannins. Notes of red berries, flowers, mineral and toast. Medium finish.


Our personal opinion

Unashamedly Mediterranean, La Tribu 2016 is a very versatile wine.

Valencia is a region to be followed closely, if it can produce wines such as this. Exuberance, life and colour!!
