The grapes were harvested by hand and separately vinified. After being macerated and fermented, the wine was blended and transferred into French, American and Hungarian oak barrels.
There, Ladairo Barrica 2016 completed malolactic fermentation and was aged for 8 months.

This Spanish red wine from Monterrei is complex and suggestive on the nose. Remembrances of cocoa, smoke and toast that slowly evolve into aromas of red berries, some floral nuances, sweet spices and aromas of menthol, liquorice and withered leaves.
Displaying plenty of local character, this red wine by Bodegas Ladairo is smooth and silky. Notes of jammy black fruit, pomegranate, violets and orange rind. Lively acidity, mild tannins and long, mineral finish.
