Product Description

Since its first vintage, the red wine from Priorat Les Cousins L'Inconscient deservedly gained the reputation of being one of the best values produced in the region.

Lively and vibrant, this Spanish red wine is produced by Marc and Adrià Pérez, two members of the distinguished Pérez family of winemakers, owners of Mas Martinet.

This red wine is made from a blend of 30% Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.

Harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 15 to 20 days, the wine was then aged in 7,000-litre wooden vats for 6 months.

Finally, Les Cousins L'Inconscient 2018, which was vinified in the Cims de Porrera facilities, was aged for a further 3 months in stainless steel tanks prior to its release.

Drink this red wine from Priorat until 2024.

Marc and Adria have really fine-tuned his entry-level red. Great wine for BBQs.
