Since the first vintage, the red wine from Priorat Les Cousins L'Inconscient deservedly gained the reputation of being one of the best values produced in the region.
Lively and vibrant, this Spanish red wine is produced by Les Cousins Marc & Adrià in the facilities of the Cims de Porrera winery.
This red wine is made from a blend of Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Viognier.
Harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 15 to 20 days, this Crianza red wine from Priorat was then aged in 7,000-litre wooden vats for 7 months.
Finally, Les Cousins L'Inconscient 2020 was aged for a further 3 months in stainless steel tanks prior to its release.
