Produced by bodega Sant Josep Vins, Llàgrimes de Tardor Blanc is a varietal White Grenache from DO Terra Alta.
This Spanish white wine is sourced from vineyards with clayey soils planted with vines 20 years old on average. They are located near the village of Bot, Tarragona.
Hand-harvested, the grapes were first cold-macerated with the skins. Then a portion of the must was fermented in new French oak barrels from different origins. After that, the white wine Llàgrimes de Tardor Blanc 2021 was aged for 9 months in those same barrels with periodic stirrings.
Finally, this white wine from Terra Alta was bottled and aged for a further months before hitting the market.

Good garnacha blanca
Hard-to-beat value. A tad creamy, with scrubland, white fruit and some textural richness.
