This is the new vintage of Llopart Brut Nature, one of Penedès' absolute best values, made from certified organic vineyards and marketed under the Corpinnat designation.
After a traditional vinification process, the grapes were bottled and added yeasts and liquor. Then Llopart Brut Nature 2016 was bottled and aged for a minimum of 36 months.
Finally, this Corpinnat sparkling wine was manually disgorged.
The sparkling wine Llopart Brut Nature has a brilliant straw colour with some golden tinges.
Over an elegant and persistent creamy background, this blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada suggests aromas of fresh white fruit and citrus with light touches of bone fruit (peach), dry fruit and aromatic herbs.
A fresh entrance and a pleasant, smooth passage. This Corpinnat Brut Nature of Cavas Llopart has a creamy mousse, with notes of dry fruit, citrus, white flowers and pastry. Remarkable freshness, smooth mousse, good acidity and long, crisp finish.
