This is the new vintage of Llopart Imperial Panoramic Brut. This sparkler is produced by Cavas Llopart, a member of the Corpinnat association of producers.
This organic Spanish sparkling wine is made from a blend of the three traditional varieties, 50% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeo and 10% Parellada, which were separately harvested at their optimal ripening state.
Traditionally vinified following the Champenoise method, 15% of the base wine is a reserva wine, a feature that brings to this organic sparkling wine an additional layer of richness and complexity.
After the completion of the process, Llopart Imperial Panoramic Brut 2017 was aged for 48 months minimum before being released onto the market.

The sparkling wine Llopart Imperial Panoramic Brut is medium straw with some golden tinges.
This blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada suggests some intense notes of yeasts, English custard, butter and dry fruit. In the background, this Corpinnat brut sparkling wine exhibits some understated aromas of white fruit, citrus, aromatic herbs, mineral hints and white flowers.
Elegant and fresh, this sparkling wine from Cavas Llopart has some smooth, tiny bubbles, a well-balanced acidity and a long finish with remembrances of honey, jasmine, fresh yeasts, dry fruit and aromatic herbs.
