The elegant Llopart Integral Brut is made from a blend of two traditional varieties, 40% Xarel·lo and 30% Parellada, along with a 30% of Chardonnay which brings a particular smoothness to this Corpinnat organic sparkling wine.
Vinification was meticulous. After the completion of alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 15ºC, then this Corpinnat Brut Nature was bottled and completed secondary fermentation in the bottle.
Then this Spanish sparkling wine from Penedès by Cavas Llopart was aged for a minimum of 24 months in the cellar.
A perfect wine to drink without food, Llopart Integral Brut Nature 2018 also combines excellently with light dishes, tapas and appetizers.

Nose | Notes of white fruit, citrus and some tropical remembrances. This blend of Parellada, Xarel·lo and Chardonnay also suggests aromas of white flowers, Mediterranean garrigue and pastry. |
Palate | Fresh and well-balanced, this Corpinnat Brut Nature has a light body and pleasant, tiny bubbles that melt in the palate. Notes of cream, lemon, dry fruit and aromatic herbs. This sparkler of Cavas Llopart has a medium, pleasant finish. |
