Produced by Cavas LLopart, Llopart Vitis is a blended Spanish white wine made from vines located in high Penedès.
The wine is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, sourced from vines planted in 2004, Subirat Parent, sorted from vines planted in 2008, and Muscat, selected from vines planted in 2001. All are organically farmed.
Soils are composed of limestone, sand and decomposed rock. Climate is purely Mediterranean
Harvested by hand and carefully selected, the grapes were delicately pressed in order to obtain the "free-run" juice. Then they were cold-soaked and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15ºC.
Finally, Llopart Vitis 2021 was partially aged on lees to gain creaminess and roundness.
This is a fresh, vibrant white wine from Penedès.
