Details
A varietal Syrah wine from DO Valencia, Los Arráez Syrah is produced by Bodegas Arráez from bush vines grown in rocky soils near the village of Font de la Figuera, at an altitude over 700 metres above sea level.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were selected on site and on arriving at the cellar. Then this Spanish red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts. After finishing alcoholic fermentation, the tanks were filled with an inert gas to displace any reactive gases which might interact with the wine. Finally, Los Arráez Syrah 2020 was aged on lees for a short period of time.
