A varietal Chardonnay, Manuela de Naverán was produced from vines located in some of the best areas of Penedès, farmed following the guidelines of organic agriculture,
Produced by Caves Naveran, the grapes were carefully selected and gently pressed.
After that, this Spanish white wine was fermented in oak barrels, where it also completed malolactic fermentation.
Finally, Manuela de Naverán 2019 was aged for 6 months on its lees.
Pair this Penedès white wine with smoked fish, foie, and creamy cheeses.

Nose | Notes of butter, pastry, citrus, tropical fruit and spices, underlined by aromas of dry fruit and English custard. All in all, an aromatic profile typical of a Mediterranean Chardonnay from Penedès. |
Palate | Silky and palate-coating, this white wine of Caves Naveran has a substantial body and an excellent, refreshing acidity. Notes of citrus, herbs, spices and white fruit. Long, spicy finish. |
Our personal opinion | A substantial Chardonnay, Manuela de Naveran 2019 will not disappoint the many lovers of that grape variety. |
