A varietal Chardonnay, the wine Manuela de Naveran comes from vineyards located in DO Penedès.
Produced by Caves Naveran, the organically grown grapes were carefully selected and gently pressed.
After that, this Spanish white wine was fermented in oak barrels, where this vegan wine also completed malolactic fermentation.
Finally, the wine Manuela de Naveran 2023 was aged for 6 months on its lees.
Pair this Penedès white wine with smoked fish, foie, and creamy cheeses.
