Produced by Ramon Canals, Marta Reserva Brut Nature is crafted from a traditional Cava blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes.
Each grape variety was separately vinified. After that, the three base wines of this Cava from Penedès were blended and bottled.
Secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle, as prescribed by the Champenoise method. Then, Marta Reserva Brut Nature 2019 was aged for 24 months in the cellar.
This Cava Reserva Brut Nature was added no shipping liquor after its disgorging date, which is printed on the back label.
