Each grape variety was separately vinified. After that, the three base wines of this Cava from Penedès were blended and bottled.
Secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle, as prescribed by the Champenoise method. Then, Marta Reserva Brut Nature 2019 was aged for 24 months in the cellar.
This Cava Reserva Brut Nature was added no shipping liquor after its disgorging date, which is printed on the back label.

The Cava Marta Reserva Brut Nature is medium straw with golden tinges.
Very fresh, this blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada suggests some aromas of white pears, apples and orange blossom, as well as notes of fine lees, dry fruit and pastry.
This Cava from Ramon Canals has small bubbles and a creamy texture. Fruit is more intense on the palate, with a distinctive note of apples. The acidity is very good and the finish is long and pleasant.
