White Wine Marta Violet 2021
Availability: In stock
This is the new vintage of Marta Violet, from Ramon Canals, well-known for his excellent Cavas.
This blended Spanish white wine is made from Muscat of Frontignan, Xarel·lo and Macabeo. The vineyards are scattered throughout the Penedès region, and the soils have very low levels of organic matter.
Manually harvested, this white wine from Penedès was produced only from the "free-run" juice.
Each wine must was independetly fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (15-18°C). After that, the wine Marta Violet 2021 was blended and aged for a short time before being bottled.
Particularly remarkable is the attractive presentation of Marta Violet: a purple bottle with a nice flower image on the label.
The white wine Marta Violet is pale yellow with some greenish reflections.
This blend of Muscat, Macabeo and Xarel·lo suggests subtle hints of fresh herbs, along with notes of blue flowers, citrus and white fruit.
Fresh and silky, this wine of Ramon Canals is full of white fruit, raisins and flowers. Good acidity and long, pleasant aftertaste.
|Our personal opinion||
