The new vintage of Mas Donis Rosat from Celler de Capçanes comes with the same composition as the previous one.
Again, this Spanish rosé wine from DO Montsant is a blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah sourced from 10 to 25-year-old vineyards.
The grapes were harvested and separately vinified according to the variety. First they were macerated for 4 hours and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
After that, Mas Donis Rosat 2022 was aged on its lees for 4 months.
