Details
The wine Cypsela is produced by bodega Mas Llunes, located in Garriguella, in the northen part of DO Empordà, not far from the French border.
A varietal Grey Grenache (known in the region as Garnatxa Roja), the grapes are sourced from vineyards with slate soils that were hand-harvested, meticulously selected and cold-macerated with the skins for 8 hours.
After drawning off the wine must, this organic and vegan rosé wine from Empordà was fermented under controlled temperature for 20 days. Before bottling, the wine Mas Llunes Cypsela 2023 was filtered and cold-stabilized.
This Spanish rosé wine will make an excellent pairing with oriental cuisine, pasta, pizza and spicy dishes.
Very limited production. Only 2,577 bottles.
