This interesting rosé Cava is made solely from Trepat, a grape variety indigenous to southern Catalonia.
Manually harvested and selected, the grapes were macerated for 8 to 10 hours so this rosé sparkling wine got both colour and aromatic finesse. After that, the free-run juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation took place inside the bottle, after which Mas Tinell Brut Rosé Reserva 2017 was aged for 18 months.

Clean and bright, the rosé Cava Mas Tinell Brut Rosé has a lively, intense rosy colour with a violet hue.
Fresh and crisp aromas, typical of the Trepat variety. Loads of red berries, combined with sparks of citrus, hints of fine lees, and a touch of dry fruit. Mastinell Rosé is a Brut Rosé Cava whose background is reminiscent of aniseed and balsam.
Fresh and joyful, the rosé Cava Mas Tinell is fruit-driven and well-defined. It has an outstanding acidity, with some palate-caressing bubbles. Long finish with an aftertaste of red fruit, toast and bitter herbs.
