This Spanish sparkling wine was produced by Heretat Mas Tinell.
It is made from the best grapes of Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada & Chardonnay.
Grown in Penedès, after the harvest they underwent two fermentations.
After that, this Cava was aged for more than 60 months in the cellar.
Finally, Mas Tinell Heretat Nature Gran Reserva 2009 ended with an amount of 2,2 grams of residual sugar per litre.
Appearance | Bright, pale yellow colour with some golden tinges.

Nose | Complex aromas of ripe white fruit, pears and apples, nuanced by suggestions of dry fruit, toast, balsam and remembrances of underbush and spices.

Palate | Palate-coating and elegant, with well-integrated bubbles and a creamy, smooth body. Bitter almonds, citrus, bone fruit, aromatic herbs, a buttery touch and dim bitter notions. Fresh, rich finish.
