Produced by bodega Massaluca - Vins de Relat in DO Terra Alta, Massaluca Blanco is a young Spanish white wine made from 90% White Grenache and a 10% Macabeo.
Surrounded by olive trees and almond trees, the vineyards are near La Pobla de Massaluca, a village overlooking the Ebro river situated at 400 metres of altitude.
The grapes were traditionally vinified in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. After completing alcoholic fermentation, the white wine Massaluca Blanco 2021 was aged for some months in the tanks before its bottling.
Pair this unoaked young white wine with rice dishes, salads and mild cheeses.
