Details
Produced only in remarkably vintages, the Cava Mastinell Cristina Gran Reserva Extra Brut from bodega Heretat Mas Tinell is a blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay, coming from estate vineyards located in Penedés.
After a meticulous selection, the grapes were gently pressed and fermented. 20% of this Spanish sparkling wine was fermented in oak barrels, and the rest in stainless steel tanks.
Then this Extra Brut Gran Reserva Cava was bottled and, after completing secondary fermentation, this Cava was aged for over 90 months.
The Cava Mastinell Cristina Gran Reserva Extra Brut 2016 has a sugar content between 3 and 6 grams per litre.
After more than 7 years in the bottle, this Cava from Penedès is round, nuanced and mature.
This blended organic and vegan Cava is an excellent choice to accompany a multi course dinner.
