Details
A varietal Syrah, this Spanish red wine is made by Bodegas Meler from vineyards located in DO Somontano, in the northern Spanish province of Aragón.
The red wine Meler Syrah was harvested in October. Once in the cellar, the grapes were destemmed, cold macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days. Then this young red wine completed malolactic fermentation.
Fresh and straightforward, Meler Syrah 2019 benefits from the fact that it was not aged in oak.
