Champagne Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2012
Availability: In stock
After a meticulous vinification process, once secondary fermentation was completed Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2012 was aged for a minimum of 60 months in the bottle. Once disgorged, it was aged for a minimum of 6 months.
Riper and more substantial than the 2009 edition, the latest released vintage of M & Ch Grand Vintage is simply delightful.
The Champagne Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage has a pale golden colour with some golden reflections.
Nutty and toasted aromatics that soon give way to sweet and fresh citric aromas, such as mandarin orange and grapefruit. A vegetal background intertwined with delicate menthol aromas. As the wine opens we perceive new fragrant exotic fruit aromatics that are presented alongside jasmine and fine pastry notes.
This Grand Vintage Moët & Chandon Champagne enters the palate with great elegance. There are pleasant creamy notes, alongside warming sensations that support the very fine mousse of this champagne. There is a persistent aftertaste of ripe white fruits alongside hints of liquorice.
