Details

This Cava Brut Reserva is made from grapes coming from the Boadella estate, owned by the Nadal family.

It is made from a traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada vinified following the traditional method.

After the completion of alcoholic and secondary fermentations, this Cava from Penedès was aged on its lees for a minimum of 2 years.

Appearance

Nadal Brut Reserva has a pale lemon colour with some greenish tinges.

Nose

This Brut Reserva by Caves Nadal is fresh and delicate. Aromas of ripe white fruit, citrus, aniseed and pastry over a dim toasted background.

 

Palate

Brut Reserva Nadal is smooth and light, with a good balance between acidity and sweetness. Refreshing mousse and medium finish with remembrances of citrus and dry fruit.

Fresh, delicate and youthful. Anytime is good to drink Nadal Brut Reserva.
