Corpinnat Nadal Salvatge Brut 2015
Corpinnat sparkling wine from Penedés. Traditional blend aged for a minimum of 36 months in the cellar
Availability: In stock
The new vintage of Nadal Salvatge Brut is the first marketed under the Corpinnat label.
In fact, this Corpinnat sparkling wine is only produced in those vintages in which the Macabeo grapes achieve optimal levels of sugar and acidity. This time, the blend is completed with 31% Xarel·lo and 10% Parellada.
After a traditional vinification, Nadal Salvatge Brut 2015 was aged for a minimum of 36 months.
Production around 15,000 bottles.
The sparkling wine Nadal Salvatge Brut has a clean, bright, pale golden colour with some grey tinges.
Quite intense, this Corpinnat Brut smells of ripe white and tropical white fruit, alongside citrus and aromatic herbs. This traditional blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada has a smokey and leesy background.
Quite substantial, but very fresh and uplifting, this sparkling wine of Cavas Nadal has a smooth mousse and a long finish with an aftertaste of ripe pears, pineapple, laurel and pastry.
