Red Wine NDQ Roble 2018
Red wine from Jumilla. Varietal Monastrell aged for 3 months in oak barrels.
Availability: In stock
Belonging to the DO Jumilla, this Spanish red wine is produced from vines grown at an altitude of 800 metres above sea level, and planted in limestone soils with very low levels of organic matter. Climate is Mediterranean-continental.
Vinified in 12,000-litre stainless steel tanks, the grapes were destemmed, fermented at a temperature of 27ºC and macerated for over a period of 10 days.
After that, NDQ Roble 2018 was aged for 3 months in American and French oak barrels. Prior to its bottling, the wine was gently clarified with egg whites.
Clean and bright, NDQ Roble has a medium-high cherry robe with a garnet hue at the rim.
Young and vibrant, Nacido Del Quorum (NDQ) from Jumilla carries some aromas of ripe black fruit, floral touches and a sweet lactic sensation. Delicate ageing notes, balsamic hints and toasted nuances.
Smooth and gentle on the palate, this Monastrell from Crápula wines is fruit-driven, with some ripe tannins and a well-balanced acidity. Long, creamy finish with some balsamic overtones and spicy remembrances.
