Product Description

Coming from vines situated in the Tea county, near the Miño river, Nora Da Neve is a single varietal Albariño.

The vines, which grow under an Atlantic climate, are planted in soils composed mainly of gravel and decomposed granite.

The Albariño grapes used to produce this white wine, crafted by Bodega Viña Nora, were harvested by hand and meticulously vinified.

Fermented in French oak barrels, the resulting wine was subsequently aged for 6 months with periodic stirrings of the lees.

The result is Nora da Neve 2015, a remarkably complex and expressive white wine from Rías Baixas.

Drink this Spanish white wine from now until 2023.

Additional Information
Additional Information

This Spanish white wine Nora Da Neve Albariño has a clean, bright golden colour with some lemon colour tinges.

Sophisticated notes of citrus, white fruit, exotic fruit and white flowers. This white wine from Rías Baixas also suggests aromas of butter, aniseed, fennel and laurel over a pristine mineral background.

Fresh and unctuous, this varietal Albariño by Bodega Viña Nora has both a considerable corpulence and a remarkable tension. Loads of white fruite, some tropical notes, dim wooden aromas, fresh notions of butter, Tahitian vanilla and citrus. Well-balanced acidity and long, mineral finish.

Our personal opinion

A first-class Albariño, Nora Da Neve 2015 pairs wonderfully with hearty fish dishes and risottos.

Outstanding Albarino. Don't drink it too young, because it really grows in the bottle.
