Product Description

This delicious Spanish sweet white wine is made from grapes sorted from a single, south-oriented vineyard called Finca El Bosque.

Produced in DO Navarra, Ochoa Moscatel, this wine is entirely made from Moscatel de grano menudo (known in French as Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains).

Produced by Bodega Ochoa, the grapes were not harvested until they had reached a naturally overripe state. At that point, they were picked at night, brought to the cellar, destemmed and gently crushed.

After being fermented for several weeks, the process was cold-stopped to preserve a sufficient amount of natural sugar in the wine.

Prior to its bottling, Ochoa Moscatel 2020 was stabilized.

We suggest that you serve this sweet white wine from Navarra cool, not chilled.

This varietal Moscatel de Grano Menudo exhibits some subtle, fragrant notes of raisins, rose petals, orange blossom, pink pomelo, butter, toast, honey and royal jelly.

Pure silk, this wine of Bodegas Ochoa has a great balance and a remarkable intensity. Elegant and fresh, showing subtle notes of pastry, flowers, honey and aromatic herbs. This late harvest sweet white wine has a long, seductive finish.

Our personal opinion

The wine Ochoa Moscatel 2020 is the dream companion of blue chesses and foie.

A delicacy. A good book, a long afternoon and this wine. That's all I ask for.
