Product Description

The Cava Oriol Rossell Brut Nature from Penedès is made from a blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada, coming from the Can Cassanyes estate.

Produced only from the free-run juice, this Cava by Oriol Rossell was separately fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Then this Brut Nature Cava was aged for 3 months on its lees, after which it was blended, bottled and aged for 20 months.

No shipping liquor was added to Oriol Rossell Brut Nature 2015 after the disgorgement. Therefore, its sugar content amounts only to the quantity that naturally remained in the bottle after finishing the ageing period.

The disgorging date is printed on the back label.

The Cava Oriol Rossell Brut Nature has a bright, clean, pale straw-yellow colour with some greenish tinges.


The aromas of this Brut Nature Cava are reminiscent of pastry, toast, yellow fruit and ripe white fruit, intertwined with herbs and some floral nuances.


This Brut Nature Reserva by Oriol Rossell has a pleasant, smooth, and delicate entrance onto the palate with a creamy effervescence that melts in the mouth. There are flavorful fruit sensations, alongside some notes of dry fruit, quince and flowers, sustained by a well-balanced acidity. Long finish with some citrus sensations.

A high-quality Cava value, Oriol Rossell Brut Nature 2015 makes for an ideal afternoon drink, and it pairs excellently with sea and rice dishes.
