This young Spanish white wine is a varietal Sauvignon Blanc coming from DO Rueda.
Produced by the Palacio de Bornos winery, Palacio de Bornos Sauvignon Blanc is made from vineyards with stony soils peppered with cobble stones.
After the harvest, the grapes were cold-soaked and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Finally, Palacio de Bornos Sauvignon Blanc 2021 was stabilized before its bottling.
This varietal white wine from Rueda will pair nicely with shrimp and light dishes.
