White Wine Palacio de Bornos Verdejo 2019
Availability: In stock
A single varietal Verdejo, Palacio de Bornos Verdejo is made from over 30-year-old vines grown in rocky soils.
Traditionally vinified, Palacio de Bornos Verdejo 2019 was cold-soaked to enhance its aromatic expression and then fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The white wine Palacio de Bornos has a straw yellow colour with some greenish tinges.
Fresh and straightforward, this young Verdejo from Rueda suggests some tropical notes, bitter herbs, freshly cut hay and remembrances of aniseed, orange blossom and jasmine.
Light and smooth, this white wine by the Palacio de Bornos winery has a fresh passage through the palate. Notes of pineapple, citrus, herbs and aniseed. Good acidity and delicately bitter finish.
|Our personal opinion||
Fresh and versatile, Palacio de Bornos Verdejo 2019 is a good companion for rice dishes, tapas and Japanese food.
