White Wine Palacio de Bornos Verdejo 2021
Availability: In stock
A varietal Verdejo, Palacio de Bornos Verdejo is made from over 30-year-old vines grown in rocky soils.
Traditionally vinified, Palacio de Bornos Verdejo 2021 was cold-macerated to enhance its aromatic expression. Then it was fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Pair this Verdejo from Rueda with light dishes and tapas.
The white wine Palacio de Bornos is medium straw with some greenish tinges.
Fresh and straightforward, this young Verdejo suggests some tropical notes, bitter herbs, freshly cut hay and remembrances of aniseed, orange blossom and jasmine.
Light and smooth, this wine of the Palacio de Bornos winery has a fresh passage through the palate. Notes of pineapple, citrus, herbs and aniseed. Good acidity and delicately bitter finish.
|Our personal opinion||
