This young Spanish white wine of the Palacio de Bornos winery comes from DO Rueda.
A varietal Verdejo, Palacio de Bornos Verdejo is made from over 30-year-old vines grown in rocky soils.
Traditionally vinified, Palacio de Bornos Verdejo 2021 was cold-macerated to enhance its aromatic expression. Then it was fermented in stainless steel tanks.

I've been drinking this for quite a long time. It is fresh, grassy & has a bitter tip. Very good.
