Produced by Parató Vinícola, Finca Renardes is an organic Spanish red wine made from a blend of old-vines Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo) along with some Cabernet Sauvignon, and a touch of Samsó (Carignan),
Each grape variety was vinified separately and fermented for over a period between 12 and 16 days. During the process, the grape juice was pumped over the solid cap of grape skins on a daily basis.
After malolactic fermentation, Parató Finca Renardes 2017 from Penedès was aged for 3 months in American and French oak barrels.
The wine Parató Finca Renardes has a deep, cherry-coloured robe with a garnet rim.
Fresh and lively aromas, typical of a young red wine. Dim smokey and toasted notions, alongside some spicy nuances make this organic red wine from Penedès quite pleasant on the nose.
With a smooth entrances and a fresh passage, this red wine by Parató Vinícola suggests aromatic herbs and some mineral remembrances. Pleasant, fruity finish.
