Each grape variety was vinified separately and fermented for over a period between 12 and 16 days. During the process, the grape juice was pumped over the solid cap of grape skins on a daily basis.
After malolactic fermentation, Parató Finca Renardes 2018 from Penedès was aged for 3 months in American and French oak barrels.
