Details
This cheerful Spanish white wine is made by the Parés Baltà winery in the town of Pacs del Penedès. It was the first organic white wine produced by the winery.
Interestingly, Parés Baltà Blanc de Pacs is made from the native varieties traditionally used for the production of Cava; namely, Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
The vinification of Parés Baltà Blanc de Pacs 2022 from DO Penedès was traditional. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature, during a period of 10 to 17 days. After that, it was filtered and clarified before bottling.
This is an inviting white wine from Penedès.
