A varietal Grenache wine, Parés Baltà Indígena is a single parcel Spanish red wine made from vines grown at 610 metres above sea level.
Produced by Parés Baltà, the alcoholic fermentation of this red wine from Penedès was carried out in stainless steel tanks for over a period of 4 weeks, with 2-3 daily pump-overs and punch-downs.
After that, Parés Baltà Indígena 2020 went through malolactic fermentation and was aged for 2 months in French oak barrels.
The result is a fresh, straightforward organic red wine from Penedès.
