A cava with a very personal and artesian production using a blend of Xarel•lo, Macabeo and Parellada grapes from vines that are over 30 years old. This particular type of cava—Pas de Sucre Gran Reserva Brut Nature—does not require any added sugar in its production. After the preliminary fermentation process in steel vats, the cava is aged for 48 months and riddled by hand. These bottles are numbered by hand. A cava that is very dry and elegant and that even a novice wine consumer can appreciate for its uniqueness. This is a perfect sparkling wine for diabetics.

Appearance Bright and elegant golden Straw-yellow color with fine bubbles that ascend slowly to form a fine crown.
Nose This sparkling wine, cava Conde de Valicourt, has a fine complexity with very ripe fruits and creamy aromas, light toasted notes, and a subtle balsamic background.
Palate A grand and pleasant combination that is well-balanced and very elegant. This wine is intense and dry, with some citrus notes more present than in the nose. We also see aromas filled with creamy notes (bakery, butter). Well-balanced acidity and well-integrated carbon. A long finish that is fresh, flavorful, and persistent.
Our personal opinion A cava that could accompany us forever. Elegant and flavorful. Round.
