This nicely priced Spanish white wine is made from a blend of four varieties. Specifically, Petit Caus Blanco includes Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.
Produced by Can Ràfols dels Caus, the organically and biodynamically farmed vines grow in soils composed of clay and limestone, located in the highest area of the DO Penedès. Harvested by hand, the grapes were gently crushed and fermented with indigenous yeasts.
Finally, Petit Caus Blanco 2021 was clarified before its bottling.

The white wine Petit Caus Blanco is pale yellow with some greenish glints.
This blend of Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay and Chenin has an expressive nose. Aromas of pears, apples and apricots, combined with some mineral notions and remembrances of aromatic herbs.
This young white wine from the Can Ràfols dels Caus winery is light, fresh and vibrant. Garrigue, bone fruit and citrus. Crisp acidity and long, smooth finish.
