Details
This nicely priced Spanish white wine is made from a blend of four varieties. Specifically, Petit Caus Blanco includes Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.
Produced by Can Ràfols dels Caus, the organically and biodynamically farmed vines grow in soils composed of clay and limestone, located in the highest area of the DO Penedès. Harvested by hand, the grapes were gently crushed and fermented with indigenous yeasts.
Finally, Petit Caus Blanco 2022 was clarified before its bottling.
