Details
Belonging to the DO Penedès, Petit Caus Rosado is born in the Garraf Massif, a subzone with a distinctively mineral character.
It is made from a blend of Merlot, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Syrah.
After the harvest, the grapes were destemmed, gently crushed and macerated for a short period of time.
Then, Petit Caus Rosado 2022 from Celler Can Ràfols dels Caus was fermented in stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks.
An expressive, cheerful organic Spanish rosé wine.
