Details
Prados Colección is a Spanish red wine formerly known as Pagos del Moncayo Syrah. Both are produced in Campo de Borja.
Like its predecessor, this wine is a single varietal Syrah coming from a single estate of old vineyards planted on a mild hill.
Harvested by hand, the grapes were selected, destemmed and macerated in open vats for one week.
Then the grapes of this wine of the Pagos del Moncayo winery were crushed and fermented.
Finally, the wine was drawn off and Prados Colección Syrah 2015 was aged for 10 months in American oak barrels before its bottling.
Drink this red wine from Campo de Borja until 2020.
Decant 30 minutes before drinking.
