Product Description

An organic Spanish red wine produced by Celler PiñolRaig de Raïm comes from the southern Catalan region of Terra Alta

A blend of Grenache, Samsó (Carignan), Syrah and Merlot, it is made from 10 to 20-year-old vines located at an altitude of 450 metres above sea level. Soils are composed of clay and limestone.

After a careful vinification, Raig de Raïm 2017 was aged for 4 months in American and French oak barrels.

3,000 bottles produced.

The red wine Raig de Raïm has a medium-high red-coloured robe with a ruby rim.


Briefly aged in oak, this red wine of Celler Piñol suggests some exuberant notes of wild berries, with a touch of flowers, liquorice, spices and fine wood.


Fresh, juicy notions of red berries and spices, with a smokey hints and a remembrance of roadside herbs. This red wine from Terra Alta has some crunchy tannins, a good acidity and a medium, smokey finish.

The organic red wine Raig de Raïm 2017 is joyful and very easy to drink.
