This is the new vintage of Ramon Canals Reserva Numerada Brut Nature, crafted by the young oenologist Ramon Canals, head of Cavas Ramon Canals.
Crushed with a pneumatic press, the free-run juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After that, Ramon Canals Reserva Numerada Brut Nature 2017 was aged for a minimum of 24 months in the cellar.
The production of this Cava Reserva totalized 20,000 bottles, all numbered.
The disgorging date is printed on the back label.
The Cava Ramon Canals Reserva Numerada Brut Nature has a pale, bright yellow colour.
Fresh and quite intense. This blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada conveys aromas of ripe white fruit, citrus, herbs and dim remembrances of fine lees and pastry.
Dry and very fresh, with prominent pastry and citrus notes, nuanced by hints of flowers and herbs. The Cava Canals Canals has a crisp acidity, a delicate mousse and a long finish.
