This exquisite Spanish rosé Cava is crafted from a blend of red grape varieties: the main one is Monastrell, complemented with Pinot Noir and Grenache, all coming from estate-owned vineyards located in the highest area of the DO Penedès.
All of the vineyards are farmed following biodynamic procedures. Thus, absolutely no chemicals or insecticides were used to cultivate the grapes.
The harvesting process was carried out by hand. The grapes were transported in little boxes to avoid bruising the fruit. Once in the cellar, they were macerated with their skins for 6 hours. Then 17% of the wine was aged in oak for 2 months.
Secondary fermentation took place in the bottle, where this Rosé Cava Brut Nature Gran Reserva was aged for 33 months. All of the bottles were manually disgorged.

The Cava Recaredo Intens Rosat Brut Nature has a pale cherry colour with some greenish reflections.
The original blend of this Rosé Brut Nature Cava results in an attractive aromatic profile. Lively aromas of red fruit, particularly strawberries and redcurrants, alongside notes of aromatic herbs, pastry, flowers and spices. On the background, there is distinctive touch of liquorice and a mineral hint.
Entering joyfully onto the palate, this Gran Reserva Rosé Cava is dry and yummy. Gently tart, with remembrances of wild berries, Mediterranean herbs and hints of violets and spices. This rosé sparkling wine by Recaredo has some tiny, smooth bubbles and a long, zesty finish.
