Regina Vides 2012 is a single varietal Tempranillo wine coming from old vines 60 to 100 years old located in the towns of La Horra and Roa, in the heart of Ribera del Duero.
The vines are farmed without the aid of pesticides, fertilizers or any kind of chemical products.
Besides that, they are located at an altitude of 800 metres, and surrounded by an environment that is unspoiled and pristine.
Crafted by the respected Bodegas Hermanos Sastre following traditional techniques, this Spanish red wine was aged for over a period of 18 months in French oak barrels.
During that period, this wine from Ribera del Duero was racked five times.
Finally, Regina Vides 2012 was bottled and aged for some months in the cellar prior to its commercial release.
Following enterwine's policy, since we have not tasted this wine we will not provide its tasting note.
