Rexach Baqués Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2011 is a Catalan sparkling wine crafted from the vineyards that the Rexach Baqués winery has in Font-Rubí, one of the freshest zones in Penedès.
Produced following the traditional method, after the completion of alcoholic fermentation the wine was bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation.
After that, it was aged for 48 months in the cellar.
Finally, it was manually disgorged and not added shipping liquor prior to its release.
Drink this Cava from now through 2020.
Very bright, pale yellow colour with some golden tinges.
Intense notes of pastry, white fruit, dry fruit, lemon peel, aromatic herbs and English custard.
Fresh and pleasant, with tiny bubbles and a well-balanced acidity. Juicy notes of white fruit, aniseed, patisserie, spices and bitter herbs. Long, complex finish.
