Product Description

Produced by the Rexach Baqués winery, Rexach Baqués Brut Nature Gran Reserva is made from vineyards located in one of the freshest zones in Penedès.

This Spanish sparkling wine is made from a blend of 40% Xarel.lo, 35% Parellada and 25% Macabeo, the three traditional Cava varieties.

Produced following the traditional method, after the completion of alcoholic fermentation the wine was bottled in order to complete secondary fermentation.

After that, Rexach Baqués Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2015 was aged for a minimum of 40 months in the cellar.

Finally, it was manually disgorged and not added shipping liquor prior to its release.

The Cava Rexach Baqués Brut Nature Gran Reserva has a very bright, pale yellow colour with some golden tinges.


This Cava from Penedès is fresh and intense. Elegant aromas of pastry, white fruit, dry fruit and lemon peel. This Brut Nature Gran Reserva also shows a note of aromatic herbs and English custard.


Fresh and pleasant, this Gran Reserva has some tiny bubbles and a well-balanced acidity. Juicy notes of white fruit, aniseed, patisserie, spices and bitter herbs. This Rexach Baqués Cava has a long, complex finish.

Our personal opinion

An age-worthy Cava, Rexach Baqués Brut Nature Gran Reserva 2015 already displays an interesting complexity. Perfect for accompanying a whole meal.
