Produced by the young, but already prestigious winemaker Albert Jané, Ritme is the entry-level wine of the Acústic Celler.
The vineyards are planted on the trademark llicorella (slate) soils in different areas of the Priorat DOQ.
After a traditional vinification, this Spanish red wine was aged for 10 months in 2nd, 3rd and 4th year oak barrels
Not filtered or clarified before its bottling, Ritme 2017 will greatly benefit from some aeration.
Drink this red wine from Priorat until 2023.
The red wine Ritme has a clean, medium-high cherry colour with a violet rim.
Intense aromas of juicy red and black fruit, combined with remembrances of violets, spices and balsam over an intensely mineral background, typical of a red wine from Priorat.
Pleasant and drinkable, this blend of Carignan and Grenache by Acústic Celler has a smooth texture and an bridled intensity. Remembrances of menthol, bramble fruit and some mineral and balsamic nuances. Well-balanced acidity, savoury tannins and long finish with some remembrances of Mediterranean garrigue.
|Our personal opinion||
Fresh and characteristic, Ritme 2017 by Albert Jané pairs excellently with hearty dishes and Ibérico cured meats.
